The Director of RCIA and Faith Formation of Adults will direct these ministries with considerable “hands-on” – sacraments of initiation for Adults – RCIA and ongoing Adult Faith Formation. They will maintain relevant skills through personal and Diocesan programs, and personal status in Safe Environment Program.

Requirements:
Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education, theology or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience at a parish is preferred.
• A collaborative approach with excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office) is required.
• This is a ministerial position requiring candidates to be fully initiated and practicing Roman Catholic in good standing and must know, profess and act consistently in accordance with the doctrinal and moral teachings of the Catholic Church.
