Description:
The Alumni and Special Events Coordinator works with the Advancement office to execute strategies for Advancement events and to improve alumni engagement. Primary responsibilities of the position include partnering with Advancement staff to develop event strategies, organizing and executing events, cultivating volunteer relationships, coordinating and managing volunteer assistance with event execution, and developing engagement opportunities for alumni that will increase participation in the Alumni Association.
Requirements:
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience – Five years of working with and cultivating Alumni relationships and Event Planning
• High level of proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn school systems
• Occasional nights and weekends
