The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative/office support the Catholic Schools Office, and provides secretarial support to the Administrative Staff. Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must have three to five years of prior school secretarial experience and can demonstrate excellent typing, organizational, proofreading and filing skills with solid knowledge of MS Office. Must have a high degree of attention to detail. Must be skilled in areas of communication and public relations with emphasis on English grammar, spelling and punctuation. The ability to maintain confidentiality is important. Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task and resolve routine customer issues independently. High School education or equivalent required minimally, Spanish appreciated.
