Description:
The Coordinator of Youth Ministry coordinates a Comprehensive Catholic Youth Ministry program that engages spiritual, service and social activities designed to engage the youth of the parish, with a focus on Junior High and High School (grades 6-12). • Assumes other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Pastor.

Requirements:
•Must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing and must know, profess and act consistently in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church and the policies of the Diocese of Joliet, The Clerics of St. Viator, and Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish.
•Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook, and an understanding of social media.
•Availability on weekends and to be present to meet youth, parents and parishioners where they are.
•Willingness to engage in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
