In this role, You will… • Manage all aspects of the annual budgeting process • Attends quarterly meetings to review budget status • Responsible for making sure that all parish, Diocesan and Government procedures are followed in parish and school financial transactions and capital expenditures • Administer recording of Sunday and special collections prepare proof reports and review for accuracy and recording of Capital Campaign financial activity • Works closely with School Principal and School Finance Chair to manage school finances • Supervises parish accountant and accounting assistant • Other duties as assigned If interested in this amazing opportunity, please send a resume and cover letter to the Pastor, Fr. Requirements:

Required • Has proven skills in administrative work and interaction with others • Proficiency in relating to and working cooperatively with parish members • Ability to communicate, listen and problem solve • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and organize work effectively and efficiently • Ability to honor and maintain absolute confidentiality both within and outside of the office • Ability to relate to the diverse universe of the parish in a positive and professional manner • Ability and commitment to learn Paylocity, PDS, ParishSOFT, Vanco, FACTS tuition management, Microsoft Word and Excel and use of email and computer proficiency • Must support the mission, philosophy, objectives and policies of the Catholic Church and the Diocese of Joliet Working Conditions • This is a full-time benefited position, consisting in a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours per week • General office conditions PHYSICAL ABILITIES THAT ARE COMMONLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB (1) • The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
