Description: |
The Administrative Assistant assists the Director in the management of the Office of Information Technology. Handles details of a confidential nature. Performs administrative and secretarial services. Requires broad knowledge of departmental operations and procedures, and a high level of experience, discretion and technical skills. Operates with great latitude for independent judgment and initiative. Uses PC equipment in performing assigned tasks. Assists in daily coverage of IT assistance (Help Desk) line. Provides technical assistance via Help Desk to end users. |
