Requirements: |
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration-related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources or related function, with a focus on compensation and HRIS. Advance applications of HR Systems, and MS Office required. Strong communication skills are required. Strong comprehension of compensation theory and design is needed with the ability to analyze problems and present solutions. |
Description: |
Advances the overall goals of the Department by managing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and related projects, and providing support for compensation programs. Responsible for improving the accuracy/completeness of HR data and maximizing its usefulness for administration of Human Resource programs including benefits, HR tracking, position classification/salary grades, and organizational planning. Maintains setup and coding of HR database (Lawson) including fields such as job titles, department and process levels, etc. Takes initiative to identify and resolve problems in the Lawson database and recommends improvements in processes. Generates and audits various standard and ad hoc personnel reports. |
