Description:
There are multiple opportunities available for parish maintenance. General Janitorial requirements for St. Symphorosa and St. Rene Goupil campus locations. Seasonal opportunities revolve around July Family Fest. Short term 2 - 3 weeks of preparation for Fest, work during the Fest and cleanup following the Fest. Great opportunity for Senior High School or College individuals.
Part-Time opportunities year-round - approx 20-25 hours per week.
All facets of janitorial/campus maintenance will be involved. This includes, but is not limited to: lawn care, snow removal, feneral cleaning, heavy lifting, ability to address issues at both campus locations, electrical, cleaning of two churches, assisting with St. Symphorosa School cleaning, waxing, stripping of floors, etc.
Full-Time position - position of responsibility working/training with Supervisor of Maintenance. 40 hours per week with full benefits.
Responsibility for multi-tasking, wide range of projects, must have an ability to learn and be proactive in addressing the concerns of clergy, parishioners, staff and volunteers at both campus locations.

Requirements:
No experience required - will train.
Ability to work in physically demanding situations, projects, both indoors/outdoors. Must be able to operate machinery. Two campus location, therefore a car is required, except for seasonal opportunity.
