Description:
This position involves preparing the evening meal for the six friars assigned to the community four days a week, with attention to specialized diets.
Hours are approximately 2:30 to 5:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, plus time for shopping. The position requires meal planning, meal preparation, general cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen.
Requirements:
1-2 years experience cooking for a group of six or more. Knowledge of various cuisine and diets.
