Description:
Do you enjoy working with teenagers and adults? Do you like learning what teens need and then developing curriculum, service, and prayer opportunities to help them deepen their faith lives? If you enjoy working with others to enhance an already vibrant youth ministry program and you want to provide more faith building opportunities to bring teens and the parish community together, this position is for you. St. Raymond’s parish is looking for a youth minister. We have a vibrant and comprehensive teen program with the key components of catechesis, retreats, service opportunities, prayer and worship, Kairos, summer mission trip, and teen leadership. We have over 150 teens involved in our program as well as a core group of committed adult volunteers. We are looking for a dynamic person who enjoys teenagers and likes working with and coordinating adult volunteers to create meaningful experiences to educate teens in our Catholic faith, give them opportunities to live it out through service opportunities and summer mission trip, and deepen it through prayer and retreat opportunities.
