Description:

General duties include, but are not limited to:•Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. •Answering phone calls and assisting those callers or redirecting them to the appropriate department and/or individual. •Provides information by answering questions and requests. •Filing, faxing, copying and other administrative tasks. •Preparing various forms of customer correspondence. •Maintaining appropriate levels of supplies. •Data entry. Reports to: Parish Operations Manager/Director. Qualifications: •Active member of the Roman Catholic Church preferred. •High School education, (Some college preferred). •Customer centric attitude and a strong work ethic. •Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. •Ability to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment. •Computer proficiency and good typing skills are required. • High level of Microsoft Office skills, (Additional skills such as Facebook and Websites preferred). •The office setting is open and collaborative. Call volumes and customer visits will fluctuate throughout the day and so other administrative tasks within or for other departments may be part of the position responsibilities. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work independently and as a team member. •Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels internally and externally. •Discretion when dealing with private and sensitive information. •Ability to set priorities; handle multiple assignments and deadlines and to display solid judgment while operating in a flexible and professional manner.
