Requirements:
The position requires the individual to have the ability to work with and oversee outside vendors. This position is the primary contact for facility emergencies, which may require evening and weekends. Previous maintenance experience, including ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing /heating repairs, as well as painting. Ability to understand a variety of technical subjects related to maintenance and assembly. Ability to work with a variety of individuals including children. Ability to communicate effectively. Move, load and unload equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier. Able to set up and take down tables and chairs as required. Walking long distances around campus, bend, stoop, and climb ladders and roof. Working knowledge of PC’s and texting. Make judgement calls related to emergency and safety matters.
