The Diocese of Joliet is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Director of Marketing and Enrollment Management. The Associate Director of Marketing and Enrollment Management leads student recruitment and retention initiatives for the Diocese of Joliet Catholic schools to improve enrollment across the diocese.

Requirements:

Qualifications for this position require a four-year degree in marketing and communications or a related field. Several years of previous experience in marketing for not-for-profit, service or education organizations is required. Experience in a Catholic school; professional experience in education, sales or admissions preferred. Excellent entrepreneurial, organizational team building, writing, presentation, budgetary, mediation and computer skills required. Must have public speaking and public relations skills; ability to conduct extensive phone and face-to-face conversations with capacity to initiate and manage multiple tasks and activities. Must be productive, collaborative, a good listener, goal-oriented, measurement-focused, system-thinker, and be able to maintain confidentiality. Understand and enthusiastically support the operation and mission of Catholic education and be sensitive to the needs of racially and ethnically diverse school communities. Bilingual preferred.
