Description:

Regnum Christi is an established and growing movement within the Catholic Church comprised of Legionaries of Christ priest, consecrated men and women, and lay people who serve the evangelizing mission of the Church by forming passionate apostles. This non-profit organization serves more than 20 metropolitan areas across North America, the Philippines and Korea and supports and a wide range of Catholic apostolates including missions, spiritual retreats, service projects, educational works, catechetical programs, and youth and family ministries. RC Activities, Inc., based in Roswell, GA, is looking for an Assistant to the Director of Locality Support (ADLS) to help transmit and support its mission, objectives and goals. The Assistant will support the Director of Locality Support in the work of serving the Regnum Christi locality leadership in the Territory of North America with the local apostolates and Regnum Christi sections. Specific Responsibilities: •Working virtually/remotely •Conduct Data entry in Excel and Word processing •Record minutes, communications and action items for quarterly meetings •Administer various email/online consultation surveys. • Maintain database of leadership in the various localities. • Set up, record and make available via (Dropbox) periodic leadership training webinars. •Follow up on files needed to create dossiers for Locality visits. •Consolidate semester summaries submitted by the various localities (Dec/June). •Assist in creation of documents for training purposes. •Help set up logistics and registrations for two annual training conferences. Requirements:

•High School diploma required. Associates Degree preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position •Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Key Characteristics: • Strong general business skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration. •Excellent communication skills. •Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency •Proficiency in working virtually with remote team members •Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment •Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects thoroughly in a timely manner • Ability to produce meeting minutes that capture the essential points of the discussion and action items in an effective and timely manner. •Preferable to have an understanding of and experience with the objectives and methodologies of Regnum Christi. •Respect for the teachings of the Catholic Church. • Nonprofit experience a plus. •Fluency in Spanish a plus •Willingness to learn new methodologies and processes. •Living in Atlanta, Chicago or Detroit preferred.
