Description:

The Facilities Coordinator creates, documents, and adheres to the schedule related to overall facilities cleaning and maintenance. The position performs daily cleaning of kitchen, restroom and common areas. The position ensures that the exterior of the facility is kept clean, orderly, and safe. This includes but not limited to lawn care and snow removal as appropriate. Position maintains proper inventory of cleaning, kitchen and bathroom supplies. Position is responsible for set-up and tear down of meeting spaces as scheduled or requested. In addition, position is responsible with assisting with securing the building, making sure the doors are locked, lights turned out, security alarm is set, and gate secured. Must learn all operating aspects of heating and air-conditioning system. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and flexible with willingness to handle multiple tasks. Requirements:

Experience Required: Relevant facility cleaning and maintenance experience is required. Organizational and basic computer skills are required to succeed in the position. The candidate should enjoy serving others through their work. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders and perform physical labor related to maintenance and lawn care. Knowledge of HVAC, electricity and plumbing is a plus. Warehouse and forklift experience is also a plus.
