Description:

Handles all Office Support

- Bookstore functions including, but not limited to:

  • Customer service
  • Inventory control
  • Preparation of orders to different suppliers
  • Inventory updating 
  • Interpretation of religious products catalog 
  • Invoicing 
  • Periodic physical counting
  • Backup of inventory program
  • Continuous organization of the bookstore
  • Parishioner loyalty to the bookstore
  • Knowledge of parishioners' needs regarding their purchasing preferences for religious articles
  • Maintain customer records
  • Stay up to date on product and service offerings
  • Weekly sales reports to the business manager

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficient in customer service and sales
