Description:
- Maintenance Assistant (Part-time) position, 20-25 hours per week.
- Provide assistance to the Maintenance Director for the maintenance and repair of all buildings and parish grounds, and any duties the supervisor assigns.
- Must be timely and follow instructions.
- Some duties include set up of tables and chairs for any school/parish activities.
- Move office furniture and boxes of files.
- Some cleaning in church/school building.
- Must be flexible as job duties can vary from day to day.
- Must be a team player.
- Can lift, push/pull 50 lbs.
- Can climb ladders and stairs as necessary.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Maintenance experience needed.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Hours: Monday thru Friday from 7 am – noon.
