Description:
Basic Functions:
Responsible for all building janitorial duties, including the maintenance of sidewalks and parking areas and the removal of snow and trash.
Responsible for the inspection of different equipment and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 HR/Week
Salary: Commensurate with skills & experience
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and corrective action.
- Building janitorial duties.
- Special projects such as painting, and other tasks, as assigned.
- Responsible for various other assignments and projects, as assigned, consistent with the responsibility level and general duties of this position.
- Lift, push/pull 50lbs; climb ladders and stairs, as necessary; valid IL driver’s license; availability to work overtime, as needed.
