Description:
Our vibrant Catholic parish is seeking a dynamic and business-savvy individual to join our team as an on-site, full-time Operations Manager. This role is critical in supporting the mission of our parish by maintaining financial health and streamlining operational processes. BENEFIT INFORMATION Full-time employees are eligible for pension and health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) benefits, in addition to paid group-life, accidental death and dismemberment, and long-term disability. Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree - Accounting or Finance preferred, will consider related degrees with experience.
•3-5 years’ experience in financial accounting practices and budget development.
•Experience with Google Business Suite of products.
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Ability to work independently with responsibility.
•Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
•Commitment to represent and uphold the values, mission and policies of the Catholic Church and the Diocese of Joliet.
