Description:

LTP is seeking a Digital Marketing and Special Projects Coordinator to advocate for and execute the digital strategy within the overall marketing plan and to evaluate its effectiveness, including LTP websites, social media, search engine optimization, online advertising and distribution. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager to guide and execute specific projects. This position will assist in preparing a yearly promotional plan and coordinate and execute the digital components of the plan. Digital tools include using online advertising, social media, blogs, videos, and websites. The individual needs to have an interest in learning our product offerings to write copy and suggest the appropriate online strategy for the products based on content and the audience. The position requires following processes and maintaining content online with an attention to detail. This position is an onsite role at our office in Chicago. As an agency of the Archdiocese of Chicago, we a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefits programs. Information on our benefit programs is available on the Archdiocese of Chicago website under careers. This position has an annualized salary range of $42,000 to $52,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs. Requirements:

Experience Required: A college degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field. HTML experience required. Minimum two years’ experience in digital marketing role. Must have a proven ability to organize and complete complex and multiple work assignments on time while following established processes and analyzing situations. Additional Requirements: Detail oriented and strong verbal and written skills are required. Graphic design experience, Adobe Creative Suite and bilingual are a plus.
