Description:
- The receptionist answers phones, takes messages, provides various clerical assistance, data entry, and duties associated with supporting overall office operations.
- The receptionist must maintain an organized workplace and exhibit cordiality and a spirit of service to constituents.
- Greeting and letting people into the church, providing information for different activities, sacraments, and celebrations in the parish.
Physical Requirements Medium Work:
- Exerting twenty (20) to forty (40) pounds of force occasionally, or ten (10) to fifteen (15) pounds of force frequently.
Hours of work: Monday through Thursday
- 9:00am to 4:00pm (half hour lunch)
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google.
- Ability to effectively provide information to supervisors, co-workers and customers by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
- High School Diploma is required; must possess proficient computer and customer service skills; must fulfill tasks efficiently and accurately; must work independently; fluency in Spanish & English.
