Description:
SUMMARY Performs routine set-up and take-down of meeting rooms, perform routine light cleaning, maintain safe egress to and around building (such as snow shoveling, debris pick-up) perform occasional preventative maintenance and repair to cleaning equipment, floor scrubber, carpet cleaner, vacuum cleaners. Replace light bulbs as needed. Respond to requests from staff and volunteers regarding meeting needs, report any maintenance issues needing to be followed up on, provide assistance to emergency responders such as paramedics or firemen. Close down the campus after hours, follow schedule to have morning meeting needs prepared, secure all doors and set building alarm.
Requirements:
Be able to work weekday evenings to generally 9:00 P.M. Work a shift on a Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 A.M. till 2:00 P.M. or 2:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
