Building Maintenance Supervisor

Description:
We are a 3 building campus. Must be able to perform general handyman tasks - electrical work, minor carpentry and repair work, simple plumbing replacements. Handle all annual inspections of equipment and building as per code with City of Chicago. Inventory and order supplies as needed. Responsible for the appearance and maintenance of outside (grass cutting, snow shoveling). Will oversee and direct night and weekly maintenance personnel. Assigns task as necessary. Coordinates with outside contractors for jobs. Handles security for campus. Light janitorial duties when needed.
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience, HVAC experience desired, must meet physical requirements of job including ability to lift over 50 lbs.
