Description:
We are currently seeking a DRE/CRE for our parish Religious Education Program. Our program serves 400+ students each year. Responsibilities include leading, preparing and participating in weekend/weekday classes for our K-8 program, overseeing sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation, as well as coordinating Children’s Liturgy of the Word and Vacation Bible School. Requirements:
Our ideal candidate is faith-filled, passionate, energetic, personable, and flexible. Applicant should possess a DRE/CRE certificate approved by the Archdiocese of Chicago or be working towards certification. Previous experience in a Religious Education Program is required.
