Description:
Primary responsibility for maintaining all physical parish facilities and grounds. Responsibilities include oversight of housekeeping, janitorial, facilities operations, and construction and repairs. Keep parish facilities clean, safe, and in good repair
Oversee special maintenance, repairs, and projects. Advise on facility maintenance and projects. Ensure facilities are available for ministries.
Represent facility as directed by Business Director and Pastor.
Requirements:
Experience in planning and overseeing completion of building maintenance schedules. Strong understanding in areas of electrical, plumbing, HVaC including boilers, masonry and tuckpointing, roofing. Ability to collaboratively in a team environment. Self-starter, well organized, able to perform multiple tasks with ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency when needed
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. Professional bearing, clean and neat personal appearance, punctuality.
