Description:
Parish Secretary is a person of faith committed to Gospel values. He/she values the organization and responsible management of resources and helps the Church fulfill its mission and purpose. The Parish Secretary is an organized, welcoming person who is responsible for duties such as answering the doorbell and telephone, managing the front office, maintaining the parishioner data base, scheduling Mass intentions, and responding to parishioner requests – or directing the requests to the appropriate member of the pastoral staff.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Computer skilled in Word, Excel, and Pubisher
