Description:
The DRE or CRE's role at St. Christopher is to assist the Pastor, Principal and Parish Council with the Religious Education and Formation of all members of the parish. The direction of Religious Education at St. Christopher's follows the policies of the Archdiocese of Chicago, as well as being rooted in the Gospel. The DRE or CRE provides leadership to the parish community in matters of Religious Education and Formation. The DRE or CRE works in collaboration with the Pastor and the Parish Staff.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic with strong organizational and administrative skills. Must be able to provide quality religious education and sacramental preparation to grade school students.
