Description:
This position will report to the Pastoral Associate and be responsible for the day to day leadership of the parish K-8 program with the requirement of being present for the weekly class sessions which are held on Saturday mornings, Sunday evenings and Monday evenings. The position will help plan the catechetical year, recruit and assist catechists and work with families in support of religious education and faith formation. Requirements:
The candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic experienced in running a parish religious education program. The person should be certified as a Catechist and be certified or working toward certification as a Catechetical Leader.
