Description:
St. Paul of the Cross is looking for a faith-filled individual to work as an Administrative Assistant. Duties include but are not limited to: managing meeting rooms as well as event reservations for the parish and school. Editing the parish web site, creating and managing social media content, editing and sending out weekly blast email communications and updating the parish APP. The position is part time, non-benefits eligible, approximately 20 hours a week.
Requirements:
Successful candidates for this position must have advanced computer skills and experience with all Microsoft Office Suites. Experience with Joomla CMS and Google Docs are a plus. Excellent language and communication skills are required as well as strong writing and proofreading skills. This individual must have a positive, service oriented attitude and enjoy working in an environment where you interact with many different types of people. They must also have an understanding of parish life within the Catholic Church.
