Job Title – Facility Manager Hours – Full-time, benefitted Parish – St. Margaret Mary,1450 Green Trails Drive, Naperville, IL 60540 St. Margaret Mary Parish is now accepting applications for a full-time, benefitted Facility Manager. The applicant must be able to do fundamental carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting and HVAC work. They must also possess basic computer skills along with the ability to order and inventory a variety of maintenance supplies. Benefits include a Health Insurance plan, Dental insurance and Vision Insurance. Two weeks of paid vacation per year to follow Diocesan/Parish personnel policy. In this role, you will… ? Be responsible for the effective, efficient and safe maintenance, and upkeep of parish buildings ? Perform maintenance projects and tasks ? Be responsible for basic custodian/janitor tasks such as cleaning, painting, basic repairs, replacing light bulbs, yard work, snow removal, etc. ? Manage a group of people that are performing a maintenance task ? Oversee a project being done by an outside contractor and coordinate bid openings ? Work overtime as required by management including some nights and weekends ? Requirements:

Required ● Minimum 5 years of experience ● Demonstrated supervisory experience and personnel management skills ● Ability to diagnose and perform routine to mid-level repairs. Certifications are “a plus” ● Exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy-weight material/appliances/equipment), climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops ● Normal working hours are from 8 am until 4 pm, Monday through Friday. On occasion other hours will be assigned. These added hours will be compensated as overtime pay or compensatory time at the discretion of your immediate supervisor. The Pastor will determine if maintenance staff is needed to support church events on Holy Days, Holidays or during Sacramental Events. ● On-call availability for emergencies Qualifications ● Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair with hands-on experience ● Proven organizational and time management skills ● Must support the mission, philosophy, objectives and policies of the Catholic Church and the Diocese of Joliet
