Description:
The School Development Director is responsible for designing and implementing strategies and tactics to enhance Saint Angela School’s development efforts. As such, the Director focuses on brand management, external messaging, and a variety of marketing activities centered on fundraising and development. As a proactive and driven leader, the Director promotes St. Angela and further strengthens its reputation with existing donors as well as seeks out additional revenue streams with new donors and mission appropriate funding sources.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of experience in development.
• Experience in event planning or event management
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well with others: staff, families, students, donors,
volunteers as well as independently
• Proficiency with basic computer software: Microsoft Office, Excel,
etc.
• Confidence and willingness to pursue donations and volunteer
commitments
• Driver’s License
• Able to work evening and weekends
