Description:
Primary responsibilities include prepare daily deposits, maintain accounts receivable ledger, assist with posting all bills and generating checks for signature and mailing, assist with grant applications, assist with annual tax filings, maintain property files and fixed asset schedules, record and post investment activity, maintain bequest records and correspondence. Potential for increased responsibilities for the successful candidate.
Requirements:
Bookkeeping, related degree or training with experience in accounts payable and receivables, non-profit organization experience preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of QuickBooks Pro/Premium, multitasker, collaborative and team-oriented.
