Description:
The Director of Evangelization and Catechesis is responsible for creating a culture of missionary discipleship at St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brook Parish. This individual works with the pastor and parish staff to implement a strategic vision for forming life-long disciples through religious education, sacramental prep and adult formation. The ideal candidate is a prayer-led Catholic with professional experience in evangelization and program development, a degree in a related field, a commitment to ongoing personal growth, and an ability to dynamically share the life-changing love of Jesus Christ.
Requirements:
Degree in Theology or related field
Prior experience in Catholic Ministry (school, religious ed, youth ministry, adult formation)
Dynamic Presentation Skills
Visionary Leader
Strong Technical Skills, including Social Media
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
