Description:

The Director of Enrollment Management at Guerin Prep is responsible for the promotion of the school to prospective students and families through the recruitment and admissions processes and the development of retention programs for current students, as well as special projects assigned by the President/Director of Advancement. The Director advances the school and its programs in collaboration with the Leadership team and Department heads. He/she is involved directly in all matters pertaining to the recruitment and retention of all students and the marketing of the school. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage the process by which Guerin Prep identifies candidates and moves them through the admissions process, including how financial aid impacts this process. Assure continuity between the admissions process and enrollment, orientation, scheduling and student life. • Utilize available resources to conduct research on internal and external factors that may affect enrollment. Share information that accurately represents the perceptions of our school. • Develop a robust marketing presence through a varied suite of promotional pieces that share a clear image of our school. • Regularly review and analyze data that identifies students who are struggling and may be at risk of withdrawing or being counseled out. • Manage the re-enrollment process for returning students. • Annually evaluate the enrollment management programs. • Prepare regular reports and presentations to the Board of Directors, Parent Clubs and faculty. • Oversee all volunteer and ambassador programs. • Perform other duties as assigned. Reporting: The Director of Enrollment Management reports to the President. He/she will receive annual feedback related to their performance.

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate will possess these credentials, skills, experiences, aptitudes and qualities: • Bachelor’s degree. •Passion for Catholic education • Admissions experience in Catholic/private schools. • Experience working with children and parents. • Strong computer proficiency. • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail. • Successful sales experience. • Energy, enthusiasm, empathy and a sense of humor Interested candidates should apply by submitting a cover letter, resume, and three references to tbednar@guerinprep.org by May 20, 2019.
