Do you want the opportunity to shape, develop and grow a new, vibrant development team on behalf of the recently-launched Catholic school system in Racine, Wisconsin? Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, comprised of five grade/middle schools and one middle/high school, would like to harness your leadership, constituent relations and fundraising expertise to support Siena in its goal of ensuring excellence in the faith formation, academics, and social development of our more than 1,600 K-12 students.
The Siena Development Office is responsible for securing philanthropic support for Siena Catholic Schools of Racine, St. Catherine’s High School and the St. Catherine’s High School Foundation. On an annual basis, the Development Office will raise in excess of $600,000 for operations and $150,000 for the St. Catherine’s High School Foundation endowment. In addition, St. Catherine’s is in the midst of a multi-year major gifts initiative to raise $5 million for facility updates and program enhancements for the school.
As Executive Director of Development, you’ll get to hire, lead, coach and motivate your team to secure gift and endowment support and manage the back office and grants operations as well as to employ your superb fundraising and leadership knowledge and skills. Your work will focus on the development of the team and its core processes as well as the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of a broad pool of donors and potential donors.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience (including significant leadership and management experience) and at least three (3) years of development and personal solicitation (or directly transferable) experience.
