Description:
Liturgy Training Publications is seeking a Marketing Designer to design and produce all print and digital promotional materials and guide marketing projects from conception to on-time completion. This position will finalize and organize projects for archives once production is complete and project has been fulfilled.
The candidate should have a proven ability to organize and complete complex and multiple work assignments on time and with minimal supervision; must be able to analyze situations and show flexibility and adaptability when meeting deadlines or changing processes. The position will serve as the project coordinator on promotional projects as needed. While this is a creative position, the individual will need to be comfortable following established design standards and LTP specifications.
Strong and effective interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are essential to collaborate within the department and the organization. Bilingual, English/Spanish is preferred.

Requirements:
A college degree with solid experience working in Mac environment is the minimum requirement for this position. The candidate must also have a demonstrated understanding of basic design principles, color theory and web design. Proficiency in Indesign, HTML and Adobe’s Creative Suite along with Microsoft office is essential.
