Description:
The Redemptorists of the Denver Province, non-profit of Roman Catholic Missionaries, has an immediate need of a staff member for our Chicago Development Office to boost our donor service department.
The staff member will serve as a contact person for our benefactors and will be asked to maintain accurate donor account records.
Primary responsibilities include accurately coding and processing donor checks and credit card gifts, making daily electronic bank deposits, processing donor credit card information in our bank’s lock box account, mailing weekly gift acknowledgement letters as well as monthly donation reminder letters.
This position is part-time (24 hours per week).
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have solid computer and data base skills (Raisers Edge), familiarity with Office 365, excellent customer relation skills as well as written and telephone communication skills, an ability to maintain donor confidentiality, and the ability to work in a team.
