Description:
The Family Service Representative assists families with making cemetery arrangements through the selection and purchase of cemetery property, merchandise, and services on an at-need or pre-need basis. This position serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.

Requirements:
High School Education; College Preferred. Ideally 2-4 years experience working in industry with strong customer service, office administration and sales experience. Above average communication skills with ability to multi task and set priorities. Knowledge of computers, software and clerical accounting experience is necessary. Must support the mission of the Catholic Church and have a good understanding of Catholic Cemetery beliefs and doctrine. Bilingual in Spanish and English would be preferred.
