Requirements:
The position of Development Associate reports directly to the Director of Development. This position aids the efforts of targeted fundraising goals, particularly the stewardship and operations of fundraising campaigns. The position assists in building, maintaining and analyzing the donor base, oversees gift acceptance and acknowledgments and reconciling of accounts. This team member supports events, donor communications and other advancement activities. This position is also responsible for overseeing basic office management functions. This position calls for a commitment to teamwork and mutual support among the school’s departments and across the overall CTU community.
Demonstrable computer skills include: Microsoft Office proficiency (specifically Word, Excel and mail merges); database experience; social media and email marketing a plus.
