Description:
St. Louis de Montfort seeks a Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation who will develop and oversee adult faith formation opportunities for the parish.
We are seeking the right candidate to support SLDM by helping engage adults, assisting us to shape and implement the parish vision by focusing on small group interaction, marriage enrichment, retreat opportunities, overseeing RCIA, and various other adult faith experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience working with volunteers, and a person who is able to successfully integrate an active faith life, a collaborative style, and strong management skills. Evening and weekend activities and meetings will be a part of the general work environment. A detailed job description with specific requirements is available on request. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Catholic religious education, or Catholic theology, and 2 to 4 years or experience in Catholic Faith Formation. Master’s Degree a plus.
