Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Pastoral Ministry, Theology,
Secondary Education, or related field. Preferred 2 years experience in a leadership capacity in a parish
setting. Proven ability to develop programming relevant to the New
Evangelization and leading a vibrant, comprehensive RE program. Bilingual (Spanish) is helpful. Critical Qualities: A person of faith with a strong personal relationship with Jesus and a desire to serve and disciple catechists, volunteers, and student’s
parents. Joyful, authentic, charitable, and courageous; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
collaborate with staff team and volunteers/catechists. Natural leader and influencer; Thrives in team environments; Self-starter with strong initiative; Innovator; Effective organizer, planner, and implementer;
Mission driven; and Creative problem solver. Skilled at conflict resolution. Servant-hearted.
