Description:

Position Summary:

Marketing and Enrollment Manager drives system wide initiatives at the school level to positively impact enrollment. The role serves as a content expert in the fields of marketing, retention, recruitment, and enrollment. Responsible for guiding Catholic elementary schools in efforts to retain/recruit students and enhancing school branding and communications. Will assist in creating and executing marketing plans for schools in two Vicariates (regions) of the Archdiocese of Chicago.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Analyze market and historical data to develop strategy at the Vicariate and school level
  • Coach schools’ leadership (principal, pastor, marketer, operations manager, etc.) to set enrollment targets and determine overall school strategy
  • Manage school marketer development, including local marketer training, creating and facilitating webinars and other professional development
  • Supervise strategy implementation by local school marketers
  • Build tools to manage enrollment tracking, outreach, parent surveys, etc.
  • Assist schools in creating and executing marketing plans to meet short- and long-term goals
  • Attend marketing events as a representative of the Office of Catholic Schools.
  • Extensive travel required to schools across Cook and Lake Counties. Car, driver’s license, and insurance required.
  • Occasional nights and weekends required
  • Other tasks as necessary to support system wide initiatives

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related specialization or equivalent professional experience.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of two years of marketing experience in a school, non-profit, or similar professional setting.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Driver’s license and insured automobile.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred by not required.
